MATT SHERWOOD

Executive Director
Matt, a service connected disabled veteran, proudly served in the United States Army from 1994- 1997. “I took on this responsibility because of my passion for helping fellow veterans achieve their goals through business ownership.”
After attaining an Associate Degree in Marketing Management from Mott College, Matt went on to graduate Cum Laude from Baker College, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

MICHAEL GOLWITZER

Assistant Director
Mike, a disabled American Veteran, retired from the US Army after 21 years. He ran his own webpages company (Veteran Owned Small Business) and has now joined us to help veterans with their business goals.
With a Bachelor’s Degree and Computer Languages Certificate from the University of Michigan, he is experienced as a Computer Application Instructor. Mike also has been a Supervisor and Personnel Manager and is a member of Professional Education Services Group, Disabled American Veterans, and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

SHERMAN CHEVALIER

Office Manager/Graphics
Sherman began as a volunteer with VetBizCentral shortly after we opened our office. A retired General Motors skilled tradesman, he is also a Vietnam Era Veteran, serving from 1973-1975 as an Improved Hawk CW Radar Repairman.

DENNIS WALTERS

Office Administrator
Dennis works under the VA work study program. Currently an Active Reservist in the U.S. Navy, he is also attending college, studying law enforcement.
