The second part of this workshop is Choosing Your Legal Structure which will look at different types of businesses - sole proprietorships, limited liability companies (LLCs), and corporations, and explains the benefits of drawbacks of each.

We will also consider the dangers of failing to have clearly described roles for owners, understandable terms for clients, and explicit responsibilities for employees. Further, we will examine the requirements to open and operate a business in the state of Indiana
